Vocational Discernment and Prayer Request

Blogging will be light for the next few months as I begin some intense vocational discernment for 2009. So I'd humbly ask you to please keep me in your prayers.

However, do not fret. I have pre-posted some posts for you, especially all the Sunday prayer translations while I'm not blogging, so they will automatically post for the appropriate Sunday. So continue to check back. And I may occasionally post anything of great interest or importance should the circumstances arise. They should appear underneath this post when they do post (assuming I have figured out how to make blogger keep this post on top).

To all those who have used my Liturgy of the Hours Ordos over at semperficatholic, I apologize that I will not be able to keep those up during this time. However, we have a substitute plan to at least link to the site liturgyhours.org. Again, I apologize for any inconvenience on that front.

Anyway, please keep me in your prayers.

RS

How odd it is for your blog to be so quiet; understandably so, yet still odd. Be assured of our constant prayers.

Wherever your calling leads you - we have always appreciated your constant smile and magnanimous deeds at St. Williams. Keep in touch!

I will pray for you. Is it possible that you could in Dallas as a priest?

And I wonder if you've ever heard anything from Dallas about Bishop Farrell and the Latin Mass (in either form)?

Is there any word as to whether the diocese will ever treat Summorum Pontificum as something more than a dead letter?

Thank you. Peace!

Apologies! Would you update your links to my new blog?

Something tells me that you looked a bit like the bear in the picture when you woke up this morning.
